3、 Simulation software

1. Characteristics of simulation software:

(1) Blank definition, fixture calibration, workpiece clamping, benchmark tool alignment, tool installation, tool breakage effect after collision, manual operation of different panels in the same machine tool system, etc

(2) Simulation of machining process: including editing, automatic operation, and manual input (MDI) modes of CNC machining programs; Real time cutting of 3D workpiece and display of tool trajectory; Provide tool compensation, coordinate system settings, etc.

(3) Tool setting: Provide tools such as edge finder, reference core, Z-direction tool setting instrument, electronic probe, etc; Program editing: CNC programs generated by various CAM software can be imported through DNC, or manually edited through the panel.

(4) Extended functions: Support interpolation process simulation, dual screen display, and touch screen gesture operation.
